1) Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to Elevate Exterior LLC (“Elevate Exterior,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our website, requesting a quote, scheduling services, or communicating with us (including by phone, email, or SMS), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2) Services & Scope of Work
Elevate Exterior LLC provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Power washing
Roof washing
House washing
Window cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Exterior surface cleaning
Scope & Estimates
All services, pricing, materials, and timelines are defined in your written estimate, proposal, or confirmed service request.
Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection or the information provided by the customer.
If conditions differ from what was originally disclosed, or if additional services are requested, a revised estimate and additional fees may apply.
3) Scheduling, Access & Property Conditions
Property Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the service area, including:
Clear pathways to work areas
Adequate space for equipment
Access to water if required for exterior cleaning services
If access is restricted, unsafe, or delayed, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment or apply a service fee.
Safety & Limitations
For safety and liability reasons, Elevate Exterior LLC does not perform work in:
Hazardous or unsafe environments
Areas with known structural instability
Situations involving hazardous materials such as asbestos or biohazards
Customers agree to disclose any known hazards before service begins.
4) Pricing, Payment & Taxes
Estimates & Adjustments
Pricing may change if:
Site conditions differ significantly from those originally described
Additional labor or materials are required
Access limitations or delays affect the scheduled service
Payments
A deposit, signed agreement, or valid payment method may be required before scheduling services.
You authorize Elevate Exterior LLC to charge the agreed-upon amount for services performed, including approved additional work and applicable taxes.
Late or failed payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
5) Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
We request as much notice as possible for cancellations or appointment changes.
Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a rescheduling fee.
If our crew arrives and cannot begin work due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or client absence, a no-access or lockout fee may apply.
6) Satisfaction & Workmanship
If you believe a portion of the service was not completed as agreed, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion and provide details or photos if possible.
If appropriate, we may return to address the concern.
This does not apply to:
Normal wear or weathering after service
Damage caused after service completion
Conditions outside the original scope of work
7) Condition Limits & Exclusions
Elevate Exterior LLC does not guarantee:
Removal of permanent staining or damage caused by long-term neglect
Correction of underlying structural or roofing issues
Results affected by pre-existing conditions or materials beyond our control
We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed conditions or previous workmanship.
8) Damages & Claims
Any claim of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and include written documentation and photos.
If liability is determined, it will be limited to the lesser of:
The amount paid for the service, or
The reasonable cost of repair or replacement
We are not responsible for hidden utilities, wiring, plumbing, or infrastructure not visible or disclosed prior to service.
9) Photos, Reviews & Testimonials
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of completed work for documentation or marketing purposes.
By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant Elevate Exterior LLC permission to use it for promotional or marketing purposes.
10) SMS Program Terms (“Elevate Exterior SMS Alerts”)
Program Description
If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages related to:
Quotes and estimates
Appointment confirmations and updates
Service reminders
Follow-ups and review requests
Occasional service announcements
Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After confirmation, you will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, you must opt in again.
Help
For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Privacy

11) Changes to These Terms
Elevate Exterior LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of our website or services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
